SFDGC Winter Weekly 2004 Season Results

During the Winter Weekly of 2004 we utilized the exact same handicapped system as Aquatic Park in Berkeley. A player's handicap is based on 80% of the difference between a player's average score and even par (usually 54 on a disc golf course).

For example, if a player averages 5 stokes over par, then their handicap is -4 {(54-59)*0.8 = -4}. If a player averages 5 stokes under par, their handicap is +4, meaning they have to add 4 strokes to their score.

Only players who have competed in at least two thirds (66%) of all weeklies are eligible for the end of year awards in the Winter Weekly, 2004. The initial run of SFDGC Bag Tags was allocated according to how people finished in this first Weekly Season.
