Ken the Gardener was kind enough to procure for us a big bag of grass seed the other day. It is underneath the wheelbarrow by the office, along with a box of baggies. The idea here is for us to fill up a baggie with seeds, bring it out on the course for our round, and throw it around in areas that need it.
Now, this is certainly not the best way to grow grass. Birds will eat some of the seeds, the ground is too hard in some areas to grow grass without turning the soil over, some seed might just get washed away...
But! If we do this, and it's actually pretty fun and definitely easy, we may get some results just by sheer volume of grass seed being spread. It is a good time to do it, with wetter weather more likely this time of year. Let's see what happens--Ken says he will get us some more seed if we want it.
Let It Grow! Greatly Yield!
