I'll be making a homemade Turkey Curry for lunch on Sunday. This is a recipe I've made many times before--it's a full flavored, slightly spicy Indian-style yellow curry. I will serve it over white rice along with the traditional condiments... toasted coconut, toasted almonds, chutney and brandy-soaked currants. There may even be a vegetable...!
If you are looking for a good reason to work on the course this Sunday, perhaps the promise of a hot homemade meal will tip the scale in favor of coming out.
