Stumbled onto an article about SF Rec and Parks hiring 10 patrol officers for Golden Gate Park.
Guess i have mixed feelings as I like to drink beer while playing, (is that illegal?) but I like the course signs and tree protection being watched more.
The primary duty of the officer is the enforcement of park codes, protection of park property and the preservation of the peace therein.
