Disc golf in Tahoe in February?

Are any of the courses around Tahoe reliably (relatively) playable in mid-winter, or is that a stupid question?

It really depends on the snowpack, but Feb is going to be pretty deep with snow at bijou and zephyr. Truckee will be under snow as well.. You do have options a short drive off the hill tho, foothills/reno/markleeville (even turtle rock will probably have snow tho)
