bag tags up for the birthday bash?

In an organized singles stroke play tournament we all are expected to put up our bag tag for grabs with our group. With Saturday's Birthday Bash tourny allowing 2 mulligans, should tags be in play? Group concensus? Everyone buying/using 2 mulligans?

That's a great question Joe. I think it would have to be up to the group.

Mulligans would almost have to be in play for score as it could save more than one stroke, i.e. OB drive on Hole 3 for at least a 4 and then a parked 2nd shot with Mulligan. 2 stroke swing!
