Admins...how can we cripple the spam?

One of us doesn't have very much time right now but has been banning people right and left lately.

I did a couple quick unorthodox things such as mass user deletion and preventing certain people from creating any new accounts.

I really don't have time to properly keep up with this kind of thing so I've asked at the top of the board for someone to help out, at least with our 3rd party software stuff that should be updated all the time.
